Winter

The National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show
When it comes to spicy foods, some like it hot, hotter, and hottest! That's where the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show packs a powerful punch. Winter winds down with a spicy bang when the show kicks off in Albuquerque in early March 2020. Attendees can sample dishes and sauces ranging from relish, salsa, hot sauces, barbecue sauce, and chili to sausages, chocolates, syrups, and beverages. You can also learn how to make your own barbecue by watching the pros do it. Food fight competitions, where chefs compete using mystery ingredients, bring hot to a new level.
