Looking for fun family things to do in Las Vegas? Need a travel guide for a terrific trip? You're in luck! Las Vegas isn't just for adults with casinos and nightclubs. Family fun in Las Vegas can include everything from kid-friendly waterparks and a car museum to real dinosaur tracks and a dolphin habitat. Here's a family travel guide of things to do in Las Vegas!

Kid-friendly Waterparks
Kid-friendly waterparks like Wet' Wild Las Vegas and Cowabunga Bay in Henderson – just a 25-minute drive from Las Vegas – are great choices for tons of family fun. At Wet n' Wild, water slides offer lots of thrills. There's also a lazy river for chilling out, a wave pool, and a kiddie cove with slides for the little ones.

Cowabunga Bay offers waterslides, bays, beaches, rivers, and pools for cooling off, slipping, and sliding with the family. Grab a bite to eat at Bullwinkle's Boardwalk Grill after you've worked up an appetite in the water. You can chow down on tasty eats including burgers, nachos, sandwiches, chicken wings, and pizza.

Hollywood Cars Museum
You don't have to be a gearhead to appreciate the sweet rides at the Hollywood Cars Museum. You and your crew can see cool cars from movies and TV shows including "Batman Returns," "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang," "The Munsters," and "The A Team." You can also check out a piano car, a bunk bed car, and one that's SpongeBob Squarepants themed.

Siegfried and Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat
Siegfried and Roy are legends of Las Vegas and known for their animal acts with big cats. At their Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at Mirage Las Vegas, visitors can see white lions, white tigers, dolphins, and more. Kids can learn to feed and train the dolphins and even create paintings with them.

Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
With all of the lights and action of the casinos, it's easy to forget that Las Vegas is surrounded by some amazingly beautiful nature. You can go hiking or camping at Red Rock Canyon, which is a perfect place for family fun and only a 25-minute drive from Las Vegas. It's known for the red Aztec sandstone cliffs and rock formations. You can even see ancient dinosaur tracks and fossils of sea life that are hundreds of millions of years old. Or you can enjoy a 13-mile scenic drive through the area and take in the views from the comfort of a car.

Adventuredome
Adventuredome in CircusCircus offers family fun, filled with everything from bumper cars and roller coasters to ultra-thrill rides. Families can play midway and arcade games and mini golf. Your gang can go bungee jumping and rock climbing indoors, enjoy free clown shows, and much more.
